Returns & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Condition

To be eligible for a standard return:

The item must be unused.
The item should be in its original condition.
Original packaging and included accessories should be returned when applicable.
Proof of purchase or order information may be required.

Personal-Use LED Devices

Because LED face masks and other personal-use skincare or wellness devices are personal-use products, opened or used devices are not eligible for a standard return unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect. This rule applies before purchase.

Return Authorization

Customers should contact FERBILUX at support@ferbilux.com before sending a return. Customers should include their order number and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, FERBILUX will review the issue and provide appropriate return or replacement instructions. FERBILUX does not promise prepaid return shipping unless it is specifically confirmed for the applicable case.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, FERBILUX will notify the customer of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment method. FERBILUX does not promise an exact number of days for the payment provider to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Used personal-use LED or red-light devices, except defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Items outside the 30-day return window.
Items missing significant components or accessories.
Items marked final sale, if clearly identified before purchase.
